ARM Group is the parent company for three specialist construction divisions. Our leadership brings hands-on experience as carpenters and site managers — including work on listed buildings and traditional oak-framed structures — combined with Chartered Membership of the CIOB and Passivhaus certification, a combination that is rare at contractor level and which shapes how every project is approached.
We work on high-end residential projects in London and the Home Counties, typically for private homeowners, property developers, and in direct collaboration with architects and interior designers. We are not a large company, and we do not pretend to be. We take on the work we are equipped to do well, and we do it properly.
